We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 6 business days.
